After 35 years as a Division I baseball coach, Randy retired after the 2024 season and created The Coaches Club to keep coaches connected, learning, and growing.

My career included being a volunteer assistant, a “restricted earnings” coach, hitting coach, pitching coach, recruiting coordinator, associate head coach, and 3 different stops as a head coach, where I had to hire people to fill all of those positions. Because of those experiences, I have a great understanding of what it takes to be successful in all of those roles on a coaching staff. I feel like any success I experienced in my career is because I was fortunate to be around and learn from some great coaches who were willing to help me and teach me how to be successful as a baseball coach. Featured Coaching Discussions
The Club will feature 10 Zoom discussions with Randy and selected guest coaches, held on the second Monday of the month from August through May. Each one hour session will conclude with a 15 minute member question and answer session.
